# Resources Overview

The Resources module is a repository for DCYF staff and grantees to upload grant-related documents and resources. Files are specific to each fiscal year and are organized by defined sections. Some files, such as the Youth Experience Surveys, relate to specific to Service Areas and thus are only visible to applicable programs. To access the Resources page, log into CMS, select a fiscal year and relevant program name, and click on *Resources* from the left-hand navigation pane. Review the following section descriptions when navigating the Resources page.

**Communications** – PDF copies of the *CMS in the City Newsletters* and other DCYF communications

**Grant Expectations** – DCYF Media Release Forms (multiple languages), DCYF SFUSD Consent Forms (multiple languages), DCYF Logo Usage Policy and other general grant documents

**Surveys** – Youth Experience Survey PDFs and survey guidelines

**Training Materials** – CMS training materials including the most recent version of the CMS handbook

**Upload Tool** – Excel templates required when using the CMS Upload Tool

**Other** – Other files that do not fit in the above categories

**Grantee Files** – Grantees and/or DCYF Program Specialists use this section to upload files relevant to the program, including agency and program policies, and other documents.

* Each file must be assigned a category using the Category dropdown menu.
* An optional description may be submitted with each uploaded file.
* Files uploaded in this section are visible to all users with access to the program where the file was uploaded.
